INTRABEAM Radiotherapy
Radiotherapy delivered with the INTRABEAM system is supported by clinical experience gained from studies conducted during the last 10 years. By the start of 2011, with almost 125 centers using the INTRABEAM Radiotherapy System, more than 6,000 breast cancer patients have been treated. INTRABEAM is the sole platform used in the IORT treatment arm of the pivotal TARGIT-A Clinical Trial.1 By combining this clinical experience with a flexible system platform, INTRABEAM provides a revolutionary radiation delivery method.
