| 2009 AAE Carl Zeiss Promotion Summary |

Participants must visit the Carl Zeiss booth for a microscope demonstration. Zeiss rep will complete and submit the demo form, which acts as the drawing entry for the participant. Only one entry permitted per person, for the length of the meeting. The drawing is only open to U.S. endodontists and students. The prize drawing will take place at 1pm on Saturday, May 2, 2009. The winner will have until March 31, 2010 to take the trip. Prize includes airfare, hotel stay and $500 spending cash.

Connect Z is a lottery-style scratch-off game, whereby each doctor is allowed to draw one game ticket per day. Silver foil is to be scratched away to reveal consecutive blue dots, which correspond to the prize listed on the game card. Prizes are valued up to $2,500!
