Customer is responsible
for verifying the validity of the Imported Constants. This may include confirming that the values of the Imported Constants are at parity with those
listed on the ULIB website. CZM's liability for any personal injury or equipment damage (e.g., caused by computer virus transmission) arising from or associated
with the import and subsequent use of the Imported Constants shall be limited to gross negligence and wrongful intent.
Customer assumes all responsibility for subsequent uses of the Imported Constants, including use by other surgeons and clinical staff. CZM shall not be liable
for any consequential damages arising from the use of this database.
