  • In 1986-89, first contacts with modern endodontics in courses held by Frank Wein and Peter Guldener
  • Since 1990, office-based dentist in Munich, Germany
  • Growing interest in modern endodontics
  • In 1996, he installs an OPMI® PRO dent dental microscope in his office
  • Since 1996, he has limited his treatment to endodontics
  • Since 1997, several stays in the USA with S. Kim and C. Ruddle
  • Since 1997, he has held his own courses on microsurgical endodontics
  • In 1998, he replaces OPMI® PRO dent by OPMI® PRO magis
  • Founding member of the "Study Group for Microscopy in Dentistry" (Studiengruppe für Mikroskopie in der Zahnheilkunde)
  • Since 2000, private office in Munich
  • In 2002, founding member of the "German Association of Endodontics" (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Endodontie) (DG-Endo)
  • Training consultant of DG-Endo
  • Since 2002, he has held training courses in cooperation with Dr. Josef Diemer at the Institute of Periodontology and Implantology in Munich, on conventional and surgical endodontics.
