New Licensed Features
This includes all the improvements in the Maintenance Update plus the features described below.
1. Multi-Slice Report
Perform side-by-side comparisons to images from a prior visit. Or, see the B-Scans from common scan patterns such as Fast Mac, all on one page.
2. DICOM Gateway
Save time and eliminate charting errors by not having to enter patient demographic information on the instrument. Export PDF reports and/or images in DICOM format. Works with DICOM conformant electronic medical record, patient management and image management systems, such as VISUPAC Star™. 3. Advanced Analysis Package
This includes the features described below:
a. GPA™ Advanced Serial Analysis
New GPA Advanced Serial Analysis helps identify change in RNFL peripapillary measurements. This new RNFL analysis plots a patient’s RNFL thickness over time and reports statistically significant change and rate of change. Tabular data with detailed information is presented in a convenient layout. The entire analysis is provided in one simple, comprehensive report for efficient, effective review.
b. Layer Editing Tool
The Layer Editing Tool allows manual adjustment of the retinal layer boundaries for macula or RNFL analysis. This is especially useful in cases where the retina has structural anomalies or pathology that cause the algorithms to incorrectly trace the actual boundaries. The manual adjustment is a simple click and drag process to redraw the boundary line. The resulting analysis is displayed, and every change is recorded in the Edit History Data log for future reference.
c. OCT Image Export
With OCT Image Export, you can bulk export OCT scan images in standard image formats (JPEG or BMP). You may export all scans for a patient or specific scans from selected exams. Standard file names will be automatically generated and can be easily parsed to obtain patient information for each image.

Locate information on your current Instrument or Review Software
1) You will need the serial number of your Stratus OCT™ patient module or the certificate number of your Review Software to order the Stratus OCT version 6.0 software. The serial number is located on a white sticker on the left side of the patient module. The Review Software certificate number can be found in the Help > About Dialog Box.
2) Check the current Stratus OCT software version. Click Help > About while in the Stratus OCT software. The “About Stratus OCT” dialog appears and shows the version number.
The Stratus OCT Review Software lets you import, view, analyze and manage your Stratus OCT exam data on your laptop or personal computer. In fact, the software, which is customer installable, lets you do everything remotely that you can do on your Stratus OCT system except scan acquisition and editing.
