Visante OCT now delivers comprehensive corneal topography and pachymetry by combining proven ATLAS™ Placido disk and high-resolution OCT technologies. Visante Software Version 3 integrates anterior corneal topography from the ATLAS Corneal Topographer (Models 993, 995, and 9000) with enhanced pachymetry from the Visante OCT to yield complete anterior and posterior corneal topography for true diagnostic confidence for the anterior segment.

Comprehensive Anterior and Posterior Corneal Topography
ATLAS Placido disk technology and Visante OCT join together to deliver posterior curvature and elevation maps, plus innovative new maps to assist in refractive surgery screening and post-surgical patient management.

Advanced Pachymetry Analysis
  • Local Thinning Map highlights the local rate of change in corneal thickness, which may aid in the early detection of pathology such as keratoconus.
  • Curvature Ratio Map identifies the ratio of posterior to anterior corneal curvature for insight into subtle curvature irregularities between the posterior and anterior cornea.
Proprietary V-Trac™ Alignment System
  • New V-Trac Alignment System helps ensure reliable posterior corneal topography through precise Visante and ATLAS corneal vertex registration and strict criteria to prevent potential misalignment.
  • To simplify Visante scan acquisition, V-Trac automatically aligns the corneal vertex in the center of the Visante scan window.
  • V-Trac also enables confirmation and documentation of the Visante scanning location with a saved reference video image for each scan.
